In this key role you will be providing Procurement and electronics sourcing expertise and advice to one of our Business Streams. You will be responsible for sourcing electronics, negotiating best in class supply solutions, evaluating potential new suppliers and ensuring that materials are purchased in a timely and cost effective manner. You will have the ability to develop strong relationships with key suppliers and manage and extend their performance in line with core business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Procurement and electronics sourcing, have a number years experience of working with an MRP based system,  exhibit good negotiation and problem solving skills and a have positive “can-do” attitude. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally and have good IT, analytical and administrative skills. Experience of working within an electronics manufacturing service environment would be advantageous as would the CIPS qualification.

2. Manufacturing Associates

We have a number of opportunities available for people to join our production team and are looking for Solderers (ideally IPC Level 2 or above), a Test Operator and an Inspector. Ideally you will have experience of working within an electronics manufacturing environment or have a qualification in electronics but it is not essential as full training will be given.

The successful candidates will have good attention to detail and manual dexterity, the ability to recognise different coloured electronic components, possess good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a team plus a positive “can do” attitude to work.
