The primary function of this role will be to proactively communicate to customers, prepare and process customer orders and requests for quotations and to liaise with the Production and Planning team to track order progress to ensure customer expectations are effectively managed. Other duties include the production of reports,

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Relationship Management and problem resolution, coupled with strong word processing, spreadsheet and administrative skills. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.   Ideally you will have experience of working within the electronics industry and it would be a real advantage if you are fluent in French.
