Exception’s Fastrack Division specialises in Quick Turnaround, Prototyping and Small Batch Assembly and is reputed to be the UK’s premier Fastrack Department. Its reputation is based on an ability and willingness to provide reliable cost effective technical solutions from a 24hr turn time model manufactured to meet the customer’s specific requirements. Fastrack’s years of expertise within high end SMT placement gives their clients confidence and peace of mind. Not only is it Fastrack’s technical ability to place components such as 0.3BGA’s and 01005’s it is the capability to place components with speed, reliability and accuracy that sets them aside from the competition and keeping their clients ahead of theirs too.
This autonomous division has all the necessary equipment required not only to meet tight turnaround times but deliver product to the highest technical specification and standards, a provision Fastrack excels at on a daily basis. This capability to manufacture and test boards from initial designs to PCBA within tight timescales has allowed the department to forge close working partnerships with clients at the cutting edge of technology across all sectors of industry and who were looking for not just time savings but continued quality, commitment and responsiveness, especially when it came to quick-turn and/or prototype orders with a higher level of supplier input at the outset of a project. Attention: To time, quality and service, working to high industry standards IPC610 Class3++, 100% BGA, AOI, flying probe and visual inspections are carried out as a standard and if required client specified testing procedures all being backed up by continual in-house training programmes.
